Step 2: Understand & Follow All Bond Conditions

Your release is a legal agreement between you, Quick Bail Bonds, and the court. Failing to follow court rules can lead to your bond being revoked and a warrant being issued for your arrest.

  • Attend EVERY Court Date: You must appear on time for all scheduled hearings, roll calls, and proceedings.

  • Comply with Court Orders: Respect any curfew, travel restrictions, drug testing requirements, or restraining orders mandated by the judge.

  • Stay Out of Trouble: Avoid any new law violations while out on bond.

Step 3: Secure Legal Counsel Immediately

Do not wait until your court date to get a lawyer.

Securing legal representation as soon as possible is one of the most critical things you can do for your case. An attorney needs time to review police reports, gather evidence, and build a defense on your behalf.

  • Private Counsel: Contact a licensed criminal defense attorney immediately to discuss your case.

  • Public Defender: If you cannot afford a private lawyer, contact the County Clerk of Court or the Public Defender's Office right away to apply for court-appointed counsel.

Please note: Quick Bail Bonds cannot recommend or refer you to specific attorneys, but we strongly urge you to take action today to secure representation.

Step 4: Keep Us & The Court Updated

Communication is key to keeping your bond in good standing. If ANY of your contact information changes, you must notify both Quick Bail Bonds and the Clerk of Court within 24 to 48 hours.

Be sure to inform us if you change your:

  • Primary phone number or cell provider

  • Residential or mailing address

  • Place of employment
